With market-leading technology and high process competence, Siemens Digital Industries partner IDEAL GRP's CEO, Jaakko Hartikainen, and his employees are well-positioned in the Nordic & Baltic PLM market.

The company is Siemens' largest European partner in this area and Jaakko Hartikainen looks forward to the future. "Everything looks promising," he said. “Corona times have been tough for everyone, but in 2021 we have seen a turnaround and we expect to reach around 20 percent in organic growth during the year and revenues that land on a bit over 20 million euros, if the development goes according to plan. We are more than 100 employees today, but we plan for another 20-30 new additions to our team and have open vacancies currently.”
